Saturated fats and unsaturated fats, Omega 3, 6 and 9?: Perhaps everyone heard about them, but do you know the difference?

When we think about fat, we usually associate it with a bad thing. Very frequently when we think about fat we think about obesity and other disorders and civilisation diseases caused by obesity such as atherosclerosis. However, good fat is not bad. It is important to know which fat is good, which one should be used for salad dressing and which one you can safely use for frying or baking. Good fats are important and very frequently they are necessary for a proper function of our body.
